Leisure Sports performs extensive analysis and due diligence
of local communities and the competitive environment for
fitness venues before developing new properties. Renaissance
ClubSport® properties require additional feasibility studies
of the supply and demand for lodgings locally and regionally.
This information allows us to identify prime locations and
tailor our design to the needs of the local market. With
every project we initiate or manage, we set ourselves apart
from our competitors by creating best-in-class fitness resorts
for demanding, highly selective clientele.
Leisure Sports' recent expansion into the lodging industry
with Renaissance ClubSport, the first hybrid hotel and
fitness resort, has been tremendously successful. Born of a
desire to push the ClubSport® lifestyle to the next level,
the Renaissance ClubSport brand beautifully fuses these two
hospitality businesses. In its third full year of operation,
Renaissance ClubSport Walnut Creek generated over $21 million
in revenues and served over 7,000 members. Leisure Sports is
currently working with Marriott International to expand this
concept nationally.
