ClubSport Locations
Leisure Sports purchased and completely renovated this 185,000 square foot facility in 1981. The company has reinvested in and upgraded the facility and equipment throughout ClubSport Pleasanton's successful 28-year history. The largest undertaking was a $5 million renovation project in 1997-98 that added a climbing wall, a spa, sand volleyball courts, outdoor handball courts, an activity pool and wading pool and expanded and renovated the group exercise studios, fitness center and locker rooms. In 2008, the club served 5,000 memberships and generated $13.8 million in revenues.
Leisure Sports built and opened this 120,000 square foot fitness resort in 1991; after eighteen years of service, the club remains a fresh and vibrant fitness destination. ClubSport Fremont has been enhanced and updated with the addition of a KidFit Center, an activity pool, and a family locker room. In 2008, ClubSport Fremont served 3,800 memberships and generated $9.4 million in revenues.
Leisure Sports purchased this outdoor tennis and swim club in 1994, and completed a multi-faceted construction and renovation project in 1999, adding ten single-family homes on subdivided club property and a new 5,100 square foot clubhouse. Since project completion, memberships have grown 40% and revenues increased 70%. ClubSport Valley Vista served 750 memberships and generated $1.8 million in revenues in 2008.
Leisure Sports purchased this 145,000 square foot sports club in 1999, just three years after its construction. An extensive $6.5 million renovation project in 2000-2002 expanded, upgraded and repositioned the facility with the addition of an indoor and outdoor pool, racquetball and squash courts, new locker rooms, three group exercise studios and a 10,000 square foot children's play center. Since acquiring the facility, Leisure Sports has grown memberships 49% and revenues 110%. In 2008, ClubSport Oregon served 4,400 memberships and generated $12 million in revenues.
Leisure Sports purchased this 140,000 square foot sports club in February 2002. A $3 million renovation project, completed in 2003, added a 7,500 square foot children's play center, new locker rooms and fitness equipment. The club served 2,100 memberships in 2008, and generated $5.2 million in revenues.
