our executive team and fourteen associates direct club and
hotel operations, human resources, information systems,

- Operations: The Regional Vice President of Operations
implements our management systems and our quality assurance
programs. Leisure Sports sponsors and encourages cross-property
interactions through regular off-site meetings and management-level
exchanges.
- Human Resources: The Vice President of Human Resources directs
all HR-related functions and compliance for all properties and
drives a culture of continual learning with a wide variety of
management and staff training programs.
- Information Technology: The Director of IT and a team of specialists
leverage technology for greater service and efficiency, and develop and
maintain the company intranet site, the Leisure Sports web site and the
property web sites.
- Sales and Marketing: The Vice President of Sales and Marketing and
staff create and implement all advertising and marketing programs for
corporate and property promotions and drive the membership, hotel room
and catering sales efforts at all properties.
- Wellness Programs: Our corporate team develops special fitness and wellness programs for club-level implementation and directs training and promotional support for new and ongoing programs.
